What Printforgers collects
The 3D files you upload, the print settings you choose, and the email, name, and US shipping address you enter to get shipping rates and place an order.
If you create an account, your email address and the orders linked to it. Sign-in uses cookies that keep you logged in on your device.
Basic site usage through Google Analytics, loaded by Cloudflare with your IP address hidden from Google.
How it is used
To quote, print, pack, and ship your order, send order and account emails, answer support requests, and keep the business records an order requires.
Uploaded files are used only to quote and produce your parts. Printforgers does not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Services that help run the shop
Stripe processes payments; card details go to Stripe and never reach Printforgers. EasyPost provides shipping rates and labels using your address. Resend delivers order and account emails. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site.
Error reports are sent to an error-tracking service with IP addresses, cookies, and personal details removed.
